prevent Geany entering an endless loop at replacing,Geany now creates a FIFO, to communicate between different instances, fixed a memory leaks, improved the filename entry widget in the file open dialog, it handles now directories, too, rewrite of the file open dialog, now it enters a directory instead of trying to open it in Geany (closes #1421776)
