This commit adds a standard .gitignore for python projects primarily
ignoring Distribution/packaging files doc build files (which for this
repo might be needed in future) etc.

The codecs.open function always return bytes object.

There are a few updates to Try, With and a new YieldFrom that
are necessary for Python 3.3 support. Also changed to setuptools
so that 'python setup.py develop' and 'pip install -e .' are
available.

Tested with Python 2.6, 2.7, 3.2, and 3.3.

Fix Python 3 installation.

In Python 3, the long_description field should not be a bytes object.

I also cleanup the Python version classfiers.

Note: This issue can be reproduced by installing astor manually(e.g.
python3 setup.py install) or adding astor to install_requires in your
project(e.g. https://github.com/hylang/hy/pull/328/files)
