macros.

Some other minor nits that I happened to come across.

	      "{\em ...}" ==> "\emph{...}"

	      Not at all sure what to do with "{\rm ...}".
	      Leaving it for now.

Changed "{\tt crypt}" to "\sectcode{crypt}" in section heading.

	* \bcode, \ecode added everywhere
	* \label{module-foo} added everywhere
	* A few \seealso sections added.
	* Indentation fixed inside verbatim in lib*tex files

	Merged in many typo corrections and fixes to support GNU info
	processing; submitted by Tamito Kajiyama.
