We need a github bot for controlling these things;

• Assignment on issues with /assign @<user> <dateformat>
• Notifying assignee when the deadline is close.
• Publishing notifications when a issue closed or a new contributor joined

In the future bot may have these features;

• Checking code style with integrated custom pylint plugin
• Checking commit mesage and template
