LibreOffice.app on Mac, eventually call NSApplicationMain()
which never return.. so the sal_detail_deinitialize()
call intented by SAL_IMPLEMENT_MAIN*() is bypassed.
This will attempt to call it, as late as possible in the NSApplication
lifecycle.
