SdrCaptionObj::BegDrag: If this is a CaptionObj, set the flags bEndDragChangesAttributes
 and bEndDragChangesGeoAndAttributes to create an undo action which
 contains geo and attr changes. Joe seems to have added this as a fix
 for a similar occurring problem.
SdrCaptionObj::NbcSetSnapRect: This compares only make sense when aOriginalTextRect and the
 aTailPoint contain useful data. Thus, test it before usage.
