Update git submodules

* Update helpcontent2 from branch 'master'
  - Add support for python code scripts
    
    Introduced <pycode> section and "pycode" role for paragraphs
    with same behaviour as BASIC coounterparts.
    
    Used to list python scripts examples ans code fragments
    in help pages
