Regression introduced with 1f08bff3 "new
loplugin:shouldreturnbool" (and which this commit partly reverts), as
store::OStorePageBIOS::Ace::constructor is passed to rtl_cache_create in
store::OStorePageBIOS::AceCache::AceCache (store/source/storbios.cxx).
