Related tdf#43309 Enable test

Enable test sc.ScCellRangeObj::com::sun::star::chart::XChartData
as of commit eb7a731b the test is ported
to C++ and discussed with sberg in
https://bugs.documentfoundation.org/show_bug.cgi?id=43309#c7.
