Change newly introduced Clip* functions to ClipAndDraw

A number of new clipping functions have been introduced, but to make
it more clear as to their purpose they have been renamed. They are:

+ ClipGradientToBounds -> ClipAndDrawGradientToBounds
+ ClipGradient -> ClipAndDrawGradient
+ XORClipGradient -> XORClipAndDrawGradient
+ ClipGradientMetafile -> ClipAndDrawGradientMetafile
