Update git submodules

* Update dictionaries from branch 'master'
  - Migrate the Turkish dictionary to hunspell-tr
    
    It had been permitted to be re-licensed under MPL v2.0,
    by the original author of the extension.
    
    It has fewer words, but a lot less false-positives,
    and false negatives.
    
    The original author offered to update the dictionary,
    if we provide him with a word list.
