    – new and fixed words

    – apply new changes from Magyar Helyesírási Szótár (2017):

      charme →  sárm
      Vietnam →  Vietnám

    – start to use new Hunspell features for two-word, etc.
      suggestions for common misspellings

      mégegyszer →  még egyszer
      egyesegyedül →  egyes-egyedül
