some global loplugin improvements

for some reason we're hitting more template AST nodes now? Anyhow,
updated singlevalfields and unusedenumconstants to cope.

For unusedfields, ignore field access inside Clone() methods, since it's
like a constructor.
Similarly for unusedmethods.
