Correct the XML document handler which is used to parse Microsoft Word OOXML documents in case of unknown XML elements

The log file is checked for the word "error" at the end of the packaging
process, this breaks the build when the word is part of a file name,
like boost error.hpp/error.ipp headers.

gbuild modules should use the same crt-libs and crt-options as dmake modules 

crt-debug libraries use different structure layouts than their
regular counterparts so mixing causes binary incompatibilities
which must be avoided. Always using the regular libs achieves this.

the new dependency is needed because on some platforms
the stlport emulation depends on boost's TR1

NSWindow uses the type-casted plain integers
instead of the boxed number objects (aka NSNumber)
