Despite not being the latest version, 2.7.8 has been relatively well
tested and introduces no API changes.

The last update to our internal XML C parser was done in Oct 6 2009,
so the list of enhancements is quite big:

In addition to the normal updates we include a couple of vulnerability 
fixes from FreeBSD. 

Add initial python 3 compatibility to native scripts now that
pyuno supports python3.

This is the result of running the python 2to3 script with
conservative settings.

Still more porting work may be required and any regression
with the default Python 2.7.3 should be considered a bug.

Add support to pyuno so that it will build with and support modern versions
of the system Python.

This is a huge step forward for developers and users of operating systems
that are in the process of migrating to Python 3.x.

Restore previous comment now that long_path.patch is back.

IndexWriter.MaxFieldLength.LIMITED caused terms to be silently dropped 
after the 10,000th term in a field. Switch to UNLIMITED which doesnt casue 
this to happen.
