i121538 Disable FontWork dialog entries (slots) when CustomShapes are selected to avoid unwanted FontWork editing on these shapes

corrected a few problems where en-US was dublicated.

Using the %cc clobber for this target is rejected by clang. Not even the
examples in gcc documents on its inline assembler use that cc-clobber.

Clang rightfully rejects it, so we have to use the cast.
Upstream has a similar fix for its OpenSSL-fips-2_0* tags.

and could be removed. The info is interesting enough for now and the structure
should stay the same regardless of whether debugging is enabled or not.

Make css::ucb::XWebDAVCommandEnvironment::getUserRequestHeaders() return
a sequence of css::beans::StringPair; this avoids all the any overhead,
and is much more simple and intuitive.

It should be derived from css::ucb::XCommandEnvironment
