nSxe, nSye were unused ever since WMFReader::GetPlaceableBound was introduced
(seemingly, involving some copy/paste) in
fa149f40 "#98505# if there is no WinExt we try
to calculate the extension instead of using (1/1) default which causes a crash
on unix and linux"
