It is apparently by "design" that SwCursor has a deleted copy ctor and non-
deleted copy assignment op, see bdf3c9bf 'sw:
replace SwPaM's so-called "copy constructor'" and
c23dd470 "sw: same treatment for SwCursor's fake
'copy constructor'"
