1. Remove the call to FreeResource, the dialog is no
   long resource based, so it will crash otherwise
2. make dev-install, cross fingers, launch app
   and dialog
3. launch under gdb if it crashes, typically asserts indicate
   typos in widget names or mismatched widget types
