This reverts commit d2a59bb5.

Ironically causes a different deadlock, with a non-main thread holding
SolarMutex and blocked in SendMessage, and main thread dropping
SolarMutex now and blocking with SalYieldMutex::acquire() instead of
ImplSalYieldMutexAcquireWithWait().
