Re-use some code that is already used elsewhere; for the
UpdateFramesForAddDeleteRedline(), the same code as for switching
the layout to Hide mode should work, for
UpdateFramesForRemoveDeleteRedline() use the code that is used for
SwTextNode::SplitContentNode().
