RubyPosition describes the position of the ruby text relative to the base text. ABOVE and BELOW were defined in ODF, while INTER_CHARACTER is originated from CSS to indicate the alignment used in traditional Chinese. For INTER_CHARACTER, the ruby text is aligned vertically on the right side of the base text, disregard of the writing mode is horizontal or vertical.
