I think it would be better if native-code.py parsed the .component
files it is interested in and just copied the constructor names from
them to its output? Or are there many cases where it is a carefully
manually selected subset of constructors from some .component file
that should be put in the generated native-code.h, not all? But even
in that case, if some constructor should not be linked in to a mobile
app, that could be handled by adding some specific attribute in the
.component file.
