removed unused <tools/fsys.hxx> include from gengal.cxx
changed file copying to sal version in htmlex.cxx
rewrote OutputFile in rsctools.cxx
very minor change in rsc.cxx - instead of creating an empty DirEntry
	and getting its path, just used "."
