css::frame::PopupMenuControllerFactory and
css::frame::StatusbarControllerFactory tells to use a property named
"ModuleIdentifier", but in the code it is named "ModuleName"

- Fix service name of ToolbarControllerFactory (ToolbarControllerFactory
instead of ToolBarControllerFactory)
