"localize" is now directly a C++ program w/o wrapper script.  Also,
its command line has changed slightly, taking the source root as
explicit argument (instead of implicitly as cwd).

otherStyle needs to be used to format tables.
removed wrong defaultStyling.
added using masterslide style info correctly.

The original code should work, definitely works for me with java 1.5.0,
1.6.0 and 1.7.0, but not on 1.5.0 on the MacOSX PPC buildbot for some
reason.

And removed duplicated defines.

They will be later merged into unonames.hxx.

  the product is called "LibreOffice"
